Tish is on her own yoga journey and has completed her multi-style teacher training at Green Yoga India in Goa. Going back to her roots and bringing intention to her practices, she hopes that every student can also take their own intention off the mat into everyday life. Yoga is a lifestyle, being present and able to clear the mind, connecting body and breath.

Nik Boswell is an advocate for ‘healing the whole’. As a corporate escape, Nik holds a BA from The University of Otago and has recently completed her Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine Degree from Wellpark College of Natural Therapies.
RYT 200 trained, from the Himalayan Yoga Institute, Nik is a passionate yoga teacher and fuses her natural leadership qualities alongside her knowledge, passion, experience and LOVE of yoga and mindfulness to create highly specialised and individualised classes.
Her aim is to make yoga fun, intentional and accessible for all. Teaching a range of corporate, private and public clients around Auckland City she shares her passion for life through the subtle practice of movement, mindfulness and gratitude.

Ground down to soar up. A gentle restorative fusion of yin and yoga to ground you for the week ahead. Classes focus on breath and gentle movement to welcome space into the mind and body. A soothing, calming environment for yogis of all levels to soften, surrender and let go.

A revitalizing unison of breath and body consciousness. Fusing teachings of raja dhiraja, hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga for a dynamic, strong, mindful and gracefully paced class. Evening classes are candlelit; Saturday morning classes are followed with a coffee or smoothie in the eatery below. The invitation is always open.

Hi, I'm Jessica. After 4 years of deepening my practice I decided to devote my career to teaching and sharing my passion of yoga. I trained at Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India, and I am qualified in Vinyasa, Hatha and Meditation. My classes emanate creative, fun and flowing sequences that combine precision of alignment with steady connection to the breath in order to facilitate a mindful investigation of our energetic body and moving anatomy. I strive to support students by drawing on yogic philosophy for inspiration, providing hands-on assistance and creating an atmosphere that teases the senses.

Join me for a dynamic vinyasa flow with creative sequences, fun inversions and soothing meditation. I use essential oils and tasteful music to tantalise the senses. Tania has been teaching Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga full time for 7 years having completed the 1 yr diploma at Wellpark College with Dr Pooja and Sridhar Maddela in 2010. She has been practising yoga for 20 yrs after falling head over heels in love with Vinyasa Flow having come from a dance background. She focuses on building the bridge between body and mind with the breath to transition to the metaphysical and the energetics of the system, while also cueing alignment needs, making adjustments and giving assistance where appropriate. The more she practices and teaches the more she realises that yoga is reliant on strength more than flexibility so prepare to get your heat on, and acceptance more than anything, urging you to not get caught up in dramas as you're likely to miss the experience. Yoga helps her to be present, accept life's challenges and be open to change. All classes are aimed at restoring body and mind and are suitable for beginners to advanced.

Rehab | Yasmin

After 6 years of yoga practice, wanting to share the benefits she had experienced first hand, in 2013 Yasmin travelled to Indonesia to complete her teacher training with Awakened Life School of Yoga. Yasmin has since learned from a variety of teachers who specialise in different styles, teaching in Europe, Australia, South America and more recently in New Zealand. Her classes draw on a variety of ideas and techniques from ancient yogic philosophies while incorporating an understanding of physiology, anatomy and modern psychology to help guide the body and the mind to wellness.
A 90min early morning yoga class designed to challenge all levels with a purposeful slow Hatha flow followed by restorative poses and meditation. Join me as we explore our own anatomy and physiology to increase awareness of body and decrease injury. Beneficial for particularly active lifestyles as a weekly rehabilitation for the muscles and the mind.

It was approximately 15 years ago I was first introduced to Yoga and is something I haven’t ventured far from. In February 2017 I graduated from the Hatha Yoga teacher training with the Auckland Yoga Academy and am now enjoying sharing my knowledge. I teach a practice which has a strong focus on alignment and safety and aim to provide a supportive and calm environment.
Hatha Slow Flow
In this practice we use movement to awaken and warm up the body, then move through postures paying attention to technique and alignment. Props are available as necessary to support any limitations in the body.
Hatha (using props)
In this practice we spend time exploring postures using props to align and support the body. A great class for all including complete beginners. Get a deeper understanding of your body and the postures all whilst getting a great stretch out.

Embodied Yoga | Donna

Donna has been practicing yoga for over 11 years now and it was initially the desire for a strong supple body that drew her to this ancient practice. But through hardship she experienced first hand the profound effect that yoga can also have on one's mind and soul. She completed her teacher training at the Byron Yoga Centre in Byron Bay, Australia in September 2015. Donna brings her passion for life to her teaching and is dedicated to helping her students discover the immense benefits of a regular yoga practice.
With a focus on correct alignment, this class is also seeking to flow with the breath from one pose to another through choreographed transitions. It’s designed to get the blood pumping and challenge you. Classes are tailored to suit all levels and each class has a different theme. Donna is rather fond of being upside down and will be incorporating arm balances, headstands and handstands into the class when appropriate! Pranayama breath control and meditation also integrated into the class.

Sophia brings a genuine, compassionate, and holistic approach to health coaching, personal training, and teaching. With experience working in the wellness industry for several years with both one on one clients as well as instructing an array of different group fitness classes, this year Sophia has decided to focus on what she is most passionate about; yoga.
During a tough time in 2009, Sophia discovered this practice was an excellent way to clear as well as strengthen both her mind and body. Over the last 8 years she has been dedicated to self practice and self discovery, and this year she traveled to India to gain her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certification, which transformed her love of yoga into a burning desire to share it with anyone who will listen!
A slow flow of poses and gentle movements to help start the day. You can expect to leave feeling calm and rejuvenated yet with boosted energy for the week ahead. This class is 'beginner-friendly' and 'bump-safe', as Sophia is trained in pre-natal yoga through Bliss Baby.
A yoga class tailored to those who meet on the mat each session. With some yogic beats to accompany any combination of dynamic vinyasa flows, sun salutations, a bit of yang with resporative yin, you are sure to enjoy this hour on the mat amongst the ivy and your breath.
