The Green Goodness Smoothie will help you get your glow on. It has you sorted for over 3 cups of leafy greens and vegetables in one giant gulp!

GLOWING GREEN SMOOTHIE
1½-2 cups almond milk
1 head cos / romaine lettuce
2 handfuls dark leafys (spinach, kale, silverbeet, collards)
3-4 celery stalks
½ fresh lemon, peeled
Add a tablespoon of healthy fat - coconut oil, hemp seed oil, or 1/2 an avocado- to help your body assimilate nutrients
For detox, add
1 small bunch of coriander (with stems)
1 small bunch of parsley (with stems)
Pour the water and all the greens into your blender. Whiz it up for at least 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add apple, pear, banana and lemon. Blend again until really smooth.
Serving size: nearly 2 litres! Feel free to halve this recipe, store it in the fridge for later, or share it around!
