A SIMPLE VANILLA, CINNAMON AND DATE MILKSHAKE
1 cup milk of your choice*
4 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4-5 ice cubes
*This recipes works with dairy milk, coconut milk and all kinds of nut milks.
Place all of the ingredients in to a blender, then blend until smooth.
Pour in to a glass and enjoy!
