Donna has been practicing yoga for over 11 years now and it was initially the desire for a strong supple body that drew her to this ancient practice. But it was after going through a particularly difficult period in her life that she experienced first hand the profound effect that yoga can also have on one's mind and soul. She completed her teacher training at the Byron Yoga Centre in Byron Bay, Australia in September 2015. Donna brings her passion for life to her teaching and is dedicated to helping her students discover the immense benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Donna is rather fond of being upside down and will be incorporating arm balances, headstands and handstands into the class when appropriate! Pranayama breath control and meditation also integrated into the class.
