FOH 2IC - 07/08/2017 We are looking for a part time or full time FOH 2iC and hospitality all rounder from a cafe and or restaurant/bar background. You will be the support person for the manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe in her absence. This role will be a combination of FOH daytime shifts (coffee making and sole charge experience is a must) and evening shifts in the form of Mondays private events. Applicants must have at least 2 years hospitality experience, be comfortable behind a bar. You'll be a warm, friendly, self starting and responsible host, passionate about providing an amazing experience that ensures our guests leave wanting to return as soon as possible. Above all else, you'll posses natural hospitality intuition, the ability to see everything, take initiative, and be flexible.
Possess duty managers certificate, or intentions to obtain.
A combination of daytime (weekday and weekend) and some evening event shifts
A lover of wholesome food and of people
Hyper aware of ambience and environment, ensuring a warm atmosphere and always considering lighting, temperature and music
